Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering with betvibe or using any of its services. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and betvibe. All terms outlined herein are consistent with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the betvibe website or mobile platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately. These Terms form a legally binding agreement governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use betvibe's services. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to immediately close any account found to be in violation of this rule. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that online gaming or betting is legally permitted in your jurisdiction. betvibe provides these services for personal and recreational use only — any commercial use is expressly prohibited. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
To open an account on betvibe, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. The name, date of birth, address, and contact details provided at registration must be genuine and verifiable. Accounts created with false information may be cancelled at any time and any associated balance may be forfeited. Each individual may only hold one account — if multiple accounts are detected for the same person, all accounts will be closed.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited, and betvibe will not be held liable for any loss resulting from such access. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication to strengthen your account security. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact our support team immediately. betvibe may request re-verification of your identity at any time for security purposes, and failure to complete verification may result in a temporary account suspension.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
While using the betvibe platform, you must comply with all applicable local and national laws. Any fraudulent activity, manipulation, or attempt to harm other users through the platform is strictly prohibited. Knowingly exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs, using bots or automated software, and participating in the same bet from multiple accounts are all strictly forbidden. If such activity is detected, the account will be terminated and legal action may be taken if necessary.
You must not harass other users, send hateful messages, or engage in any activity that harms the platform's reputation. Using betvibe for money laundering or processing illegal funds is strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. If a technical error results in erroneous credits being added to your account, you are obligated to notify us immediately — any attempt to withdraw such funds will be treated as misuse. Redistributing, copying, or using any platform content for unauthorized purposes constitutes a violation of intellectual property law.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on betvibe are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support a range of mobile banking and digital payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh for both deposits and withdrawals. Every deposit and withdrawal request goes through a security check before processing, which may take some time. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to change in line with the guidelines displayed on the platform.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from verified accounts, and withdrawals may be required to be processed through the same payment method used for the original deposit. Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after meeting the specific wagering requirements outlined in the relevant bonus offer details. If you experience a technical error or delay with any transaction, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve it promptly. If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, betvibe reserves the right to place the relevant payment on hold pending completion of verification, during which the user may be required to provide supporting information and documentation.
Deposits are generally credited instantly. Minimum amounts are displayed on the platform. Please use the correct payment reference.
Withdrawals are only available from verified accounts. Processing may take 1–3 business days. Bonus wagering requirements must be met.

Reproducing, distributing, or modifying this content is prohibited under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Any third-party software or games on the platform are operated under the respective developer's license and may be subject to their own terms and conditions. Unauthorized use of betvibe's trademarks or brand name without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Any such external links or references are provided for informational purposes only and do not imply endorsement or approval by betvibe. betvibe accepts no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Users should exercise their own caution before visiting external sites and review the relevant terms and conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability & Account Closure Policy
Betvibe provides its services on an "as-is" basis. In the event of service disruption due to technical faults, server outages, or any other reason, betvibe will make every effort to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee specific compensation. betvibe is not liable for issues arising from internet connectivity problems, third-party payment gateway failures, or other external factors. Users bear sole responsibility for any direct or indirect financial losses incurred through use of the platform, and betvibe's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the actual amount deposited by the user in the preceding 30 days. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betvibe disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
Betvibe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account. Accounts may be closed without notice in cases of Terms violations, evidence of fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or suspected money laundering. Users may also request account closure at any time, and we will process any applicable balance refund accordingly. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled under the standard rules. Any bonuses or unused promotional credits associated with a closed account will be automatically voided, and no objections regarding this will be entertained.
7. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Betvibe reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. We will endeavor to post a notice on the platform for significant changes, but it remains the user's responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. Claims based on a previous version of these Terms will not be entertained against the current version.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be referred to negotiation for resolution. If negotiation fails, the matter will be settled through the appropriate legal process under applicable Bangladeshi law. Should any provision of these Terms be found legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. betvibe's failure to exercise any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right, and betvibe reserves the ability to enforce it in the future.
